Music/Sounds: TBA.
Availability: Can be found on many very earlier releases of Marvel Comics-based cartoon videos. This was also spotted on Video Wars.
Editor's Note: Has a very dated look to it; it looks more late-70s than late-80s.
3rd Logo (Circa 1990)
Logo: On a black background, we see a slightly uneven-looking red star. The italicized yellow text BEST FILM & VIDEO CORPORATION slides in from the top of the screen and positions itself in the center in front of the star. After a few seconds, the text slides downward and the logo ends.
FX/SFX: The sliding text.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Can be seen on the Beetle Bailey VHS "Sarge's Last Stand."
Editor's Note: Clearly, no effort was put into this logo.
4th Logo (1993-1998)
Nickname: Flashing Star, The Blue Star, Worst Film & Video Corp.
Logo:
- Opening: A blue star flies up to the middle of the screen and the words BEST FILM & VIDEO CORP., in white, appears across it. The background is a shot of a seaside city at sunset.
- Closing: Same as the opening logo, only in the background are sped-up "action" scenes such as fireworks, a sunrise, and a highway.
FX/SFX: The star utilizes '80s dust-trailing effects. Also, the sped up footage for the background.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Can be found on many earlier releases of Marvel Comics-based cartoon videos, and reprints of titles from Imperial Entertainment, among others. The opening variant appears on the restored VHS of El Cid and several Streamline dubs which BF&VC had the rights to.
