Availability: Seen at the end of Everything is Illuminated. This isn't seen on Duane Hopwood, which just has an in-credit notice.


2nd Logo (July 26, 2006-March 4, 2016)


Visuals: On a sand surface, water from a nearby ocean flows into the shot, revealing "Big Beach" in a serif font carved into the sand. After the water leaves, the sand dries up from the top.

Variant: On Me Him Her, the logo is tinted blue.

Technique: Live-action, with superimposing/fading effects.

Audio: The sound of waves crashing into the beach shore.

Availability: Seen on films and TV shows from the company during the period. It was first seen at the end of Little Miss Sunshine, and last seen on Me Him Her.

2nd Logo (November 4, 2016-)


Visuals: At a beach, a hand is shown pouring some sand into the ground. It is shown that this person is building four lines, the second and fourth of which are zig-zagged. The screen then cuts to a shot of the finished product, with waves coming into the craft and "BIG BEACH" fading in.

Variants:

  • A shortened version exists where the logo starts without the lines being built.
  • A still variant exists.

Technique: Live-action, with computer effects for the company name.

Audio: The sound of the ocean, accompanied with people chatting and playing on the beach. When the logo appears, waves are heard alongside seagulls and a dog barking.

Audio Variant: On Loving, it's the opening of the movie.

Availability: Can be seen on the company's films and TV series starting with Loving.
