The company is known for producing Ba Da Bean (a co-production with Discovery Kids and Chatrone), Cupcake & Dino: General Services (a co-production with Corus Entertainment and Entertainment One) and Oswaldo. The company is based in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. They didn't use a logo until October 11, 2017.

Logo: On a black background, we see five birds fading in by appearing one by one. At the end of the effect of fourth of five birds being done, the text "birdo" fades in.
Variants:
- An alternate version exists where a bird is flying to the right while it disappears.
