Background

Birdo Studio is Luciana Eguti and Paulo Muppet's production company founded in 2005. The company is known for producing Ba Da Bean (a co-production with Discovery Kids and Chatrone), Cupcake & Dino: General Services (a co-production with Corus Entertainment and Entertainment One) and Oswaldo. The company is based in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, but they didn't use a logo until October 11, 2017.

Logo (October 11, 2017-)

Visuals: On a black background, five birds fade in by appearing one by one. At the end of the effect of fourth of five birds being done, the company name fades in.

Variants:

  • A longer version exists, where a bird is seen flying to the right while it disappears.
  • A still version exists, as does an in-credit version.
  • At the end of Pop and Pop Max airings of Cupcake & Dino: General Services, the logo is cut, and only appears for a split second, this is most likely an error, because of the Netflix logo is completely cut.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: The sounds of birds flapping. Sometimes the end theme plays over it or it is silent.

Availability:

  • It debuted on Oswaldo, which premiered on October 11, 2017 on Cartoon Network Brazil and on October 29, 2017 on TV Cultura.
  • It's also seen on Cupcake & Dino: General Services, Ninjin and Ba Da Bean.
