Availability: Seen on the first season of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Don't except to see this on the TV adaptation of Limitless, because Marc Webb is the executive producer of the show.

Black Lamb

Logo: We see a black silhouette of a lamb with one white eye on a white background. Underneath the lamb is a black rectangle, inside it is the white words "BLACK LAMB." The letter "B" at the end is flipped.
Variants:
- On Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, the logo is next to the Rachel Does Stuff logo.
- On Instinct, the logo is smaller, and it was next to the J.P. Entertainment logo.
- On The Code, the logo is on a box on a black background.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None, the closing theme or a generic theme on CBS or The CW.
