Background

Black Ops Entertainment is a video game company based in Santa Monica, CA founded in 1994 by four MIT graduates. Most games they made are from the action and sports genres. The company has been inactive since 2006.



1st Logo (November 2, 1995)

Visuals: A still picture of a soldier in the jungle with red skies. The soldier has a helmet and goggles and appears to be shouting in the air with a raised fist. The reflection of fighter jets are seen in his visor. In front of the picture, there is

2nd Logo (1997-2004?)

Visuals: On a black background, the words "BLACK OPS" and "ENTERTAINMENT" (in silver 3-D Stencil font) fly in from the top and bottom and meet in the upper part of the screen.
