Black Sheep was created in the late 2010s as the secondary film production studio of ABS-CBN.

Logo: On a dimly-lightened brick wall, a neon sign of a smiling sheep drawing in a square with the words "BLACK" and "SHEEP" below flickers on into view as the camera moves back.
