Visuals: The screen fades onto a background with video feedback effects, which also changes colors slowly. The following letters:

are being revealed, and they zoom slowly, which it all fades out later.
Technique: Early computer graphics.
Audio: A classical jazz theme.
Availability: Appears on Blackhawk Video prints of several Little Rascals shorts, as well as some feature films like On the Comet.
