Background
Blue Ridge Entertainment was a film production company started by Lamar Card. The company bought out Filmtrust Motion Picture Licensing around late 1991 or early 1992.
(August 2, 1991-1995?)
Logo: We see a moon surrounded by a gray light. Then, an arc shape with the text "BLUE RIDGE" in a Garamond font zooms out and stops, until the light dies out to reveal the moon and the arc in their respective yellow and blue colors. During the process, the text brights and turns white while the background becomes black-blue gradient, with stars on the top and the word "FILMTRUST" revealed below in a black color.
Technique: The zooming of the shapes and the shining
Audio: A dramatic synth fanfare.
Availability: Seen on The JFK Assassination: The Jim Garrison Tapes and Killing Obsession, among others.
