1. This logo appears during countdown, so I guess this is a film leader? Idk, you can correct me if this is wrong. 2. Background

Bolivar Films was a film leader from Venezuela.

Logo (October 9, 1991)

Visuals: During the countdown, after 6, there are many yellow lines, forming a square with the bottom part being empty and has a yellow, sans-serif, bolded "FILMS". In front of the lines is a white, cursive "Bolivar". Below it is "CARACAS VENEZUELA". The countdown resumes but moments after the countdown hits 3, the logo is shown again for a split second before the countdown resumes.
