Background

Bulgarian Affairs Foundation was a film production company from Bulgaria. It was established during the war to promote Bulgarian politics and reality.

1st Logo (1941-1948)

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a ring with a filled circle, containing a black horse a man in front standing on a wavy black land below. There is a ribbon which has a black "БЪЛГАРСКИ" with "ДЕЛА" in white below. There is a white banner with "ПРЕДСТАВЯ" inside.

Variants: On some newsreels (like Прегледъ 110 and Прегледъ 127), the background has white grids.

2nd Logo (1944-1945)

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a white 2 layered ring with a wheat forming a ring with a film roll inside being held on 2 sides by a curve. There are 2 outlined rectangles on each sides with segmented curves being filled as with a drawing of a man smiling at the left and frowning at the right. "ФОНДАЦИЯ "БЪЛГАРСКИ ДЕЛА" in circled-text is inside the circle. There is a square/2-circle 2-layered outline of a shape below, with 2 torches at each sides behind with "ОТЕЧЕСТВЕН КИНО ПРЕГЛЕД" in serif typeface inside.

3rd Logo (1944-1945)

Visuals: There is a 2-layered ring with a white stickman standing with its laps with a stylistic camera, filming towards the left. "ФОНДАЦИЯ" in arched format is above it and a cursive "Българско дело" is below it with a serif "ПРЕДСТАВЯ" below it.

Variants:

• On Отечествен кинопреглед 107, the logo is in a stone background
• On Седмичен кино преглед 168, the logo is in a gray background with a stacked, serif "МИНИСТЕРСТВО НАИНФОРМАЦИЯТА И ИЗКУСТВАТА" above with horizontal line underneath.
