1st Logo (1980's-1989?)

Logo: On a starry background, many groups of stars flash one by one in sync with the music as the background zooms out. After a bit, orange lines start drawing and disappearing, as well as the stars disappearing. Everything then clears out as a abstract pink "C" zooms out with a trail effect and settles on the left. This is followed by an pink "A" and a blue "S". The letters then fill in with their color and white wipes inside of them, with the "C" being striped, the "A" being 1/2 striped, the other 1/2 filled, and the "S" being filled with it. "CINE VIDEO" in a abstract font then writes in below the letters and a blue box draws around the "S". The box then fills in with white, which is followed by the background turning white.

Technique: Backlit animation.

Music/Sounds: A drumbeat is heard at first, followed by a strange beat. This is actually a part of Desire by Yello, also pitched a semi-tone higher.

Availability: Seen on Greek VHS copies of Claws and Rattlers.
