Logo: On a black background, there's the CFCF-TV logo with an abstract 12 and the word "Montreal"
FX/SFX: None
Music/Sounds: A five-note tune, with an announcer saying "This is CFCF 12".

2nd Logo (1995-January 13, 2000)
Logo: On an orange background, we see the catchphrase "The One to Watch" in a signature font; which flips into the CFCF-TV 12 logo (similar to the WPBT-TV Miami).
