(1966-1975)

Nickname: "The Colored Shapes"

Logo: On a black background, there are 3 shape outlines in the middle of the screen. They split apart, revealing a circle, a square, and a triangle. A red circle grows inside the circle outline, before passing through the square and triangle, making them blue and green, respectively. The final result is the first variant of the current CTV logo, but without the letters.

FX/SFX: The splitting, the growing and passing of the colors.

Music/Sounds: A orchestral fanfare. There's also an announcer saying, "A CTV program, in color."

Availability: Extinct. Seen on programs that aired in color.

Editor's Note: None.
