Background: Started in late 1996, Caballero Entertainment was formed. It is now the rights claimer of Caballero Control Corporation's former films. They did have an in-house brand name called Ben N' Cherry Collection, which was shut down by dairy corporation Ben N' Jerry's. Caballero got in trouble, getting in bankruptcy the minute they lost. However they managed to get out of bankruptcy and are still running today.
