Visuals: On a black background, there is a blue and red swirly scanimate trial, which forms a red, white, and blue background (resembling the Netherlands flag). Then the "Cablevision" logo and then the scanimate trial forms an eye.
Technique: Scanimate effects.
Audio: A synthesizer tune, followed by Doug Keck saying “ This is Cablevision’s Family Channel 10, your address for Premiere Entertainment, Motion Pictures from Hollywood’s heyday, and selected sports programming.
