Background
During 2013-2016, the national cadenas of Venezuela were introduced by the Sistema Bolivariano de Comunicación e Información (Bolivarian Communication and Information System) instead of the national Bolivarian government.

Visuals: On a white background, there is a three color ribbon with the colors of the Venezuelan flag, alongside the word "INDEPEDENCIA" before fading to reveal the same ribbon with the words "REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA", before fading to reveal the country's coat of arms while the ribbons attempt to form it.
