Background
Canal 13 is a television channel from the city of Rio Cuarto (on the Cordoba province). Was launched in 1964 as Canal 2, changing then to channel 13 in 1978. Still, since their foundation, is owned by Imperio Televisión S.A.
1st ID (1990-1994)
Visuals: On a black background with blue gradients in the top and bottom, a blurred cyan bar abruptly appears from the bottom and begins to move to the right in a low frame rate style, causing a small white flash by both sides, which reveals a white bar next to it, in which flips over to reveal a cyan flower-like shape made of 2 arcs, one big and one small with a circle that has "13" cut out of it, alongside "Canal 13", which is seen next to it. The text "LV 86 T.V. RIO CUARTO" in a stacked format begins to fade above the latter, which moves and changes size by standing above "Canal", along a white border of the flower-like shape which faded as the above began to zoom out. Various twinkling sparkles appear from the top and bottom simultaneously.
Technique: Camera-controlled animation.
Audio: A dreamy, futuristic-sounding synth tune with various synth flourishes, and an announcer.
2nd ID (1994?-2000)
Visuals: Over a blue background, the logo starts with the Cordoba province territory, with a blue spot expanding into several "branches" across it (turning the near parts in red). Then, we change from view, now seeing white letters with green outlines moving across the brown floor, until forming the words "Canal 13". Three squares (green, red and blue) appear moving under these. The station license, on a green stripe, slides from below, as the squares now re-appear, forming the actual logo on a corner.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A proud synth tune, with the announcer presenting the channel (location, signal).
