Background
Canon Video was one of the off-shoot video labels of Video Programme Distributors. It was infamous for their video nasty The Werewolf and the Yeti.
1st Logo (1980?-1983?)
Logo: On a red background, there is a white "CANON" caption in Gill Sans Ultrabold, with a ring around the "O". Underneath there is a "VIDEO" subtitle with white lines on each side. At the bottom there is a white "PRESENTS" caption in Helvetica Light.
