Background

This is a production company of Michael Canter and Jeff Krask.

1st Logo (February 6, 2006-2010)

Logo: A chain-link fence with a panel on it saying "Canter/Krask INDUSTRIES" is zoomed into. The black paint splat appears on the sign.

FX/SFX: The zooming animation with the black paint splat.

Music/Sounds: A train whistle followed by a brake sound and a splat sound.

Availability: Seen on Parental Control and Little Talent Show.

Legacy: The sudden train whistle can be jarring, as can the general atmosphere of the logo.

2nd Logo (2013)

Logo: Same as above, but the logo is realistic. Buildings and a dark, cloudy sky can be seen in the background.

FX/SFX: The zooming animation.

Music/Sounds: A train whistle followed by a crash.

Availability: Seen on the second season of Let's Ask America.

Legacy: Same as above.
