Background

Cedarmont Kids is a division of Cedarmont Music, LLC, a Christian video/music company for children. They have been in operation since 1993.

(1993-2010)

Logo: The logo starts with the camera zooming onto an animated table with a Cassette Tape, a CD, and some Crayons. The camera turns towards the CD, which is spinning, and you see a VHS tape with the letters "K", "I", "D" and "S", dancing on top of it and a lamp in the background. All of a sudden, the letters jump off onto the CD and start dancing on it. The tape rises up, and a toy car can be seen in the background. The tape spins to reveal a gray background and the camera pans up to it as the letters jump up to it and "CEDARMONT" appears above them. The table then fades to a black background and the title of the program would then fly up in blue letters underneath the logo.

Technique: The camera moving around the table, the letters dancing, the CD spinning, and the tape spinning.

Audio: A string instrument being plucked with a simple melody which goes up a key every couple of seconds or so. There's a little piano riff and then brass instruments can be heard. The music then fades with a tone ascending the scale and chimes can be heard.

Availability: Can be seen on Cedarmont videotapes and DVDs.
