Logo: On a black background, an "11" in red flashes in a couple of times before brightening itself fully. That's when the white text "LE ER ELEVEN" appears (with the "11" acting as the two "T"s in "LE ER".).
Variant: On Mind Games, the white lights are flashing after the "11" flashes.
FX/SFX: The "11" flashing in. The text appearing.
Music/Sounds: A sound resembling a speakerphone cutting on, then a "thud" when the text appears. However, on Mind Games had a whoosh sound.
Availability: Seen on the ultra short-lived drama series Awake, as well as Mind Games.
