Background
This is the production company of Bruce Willis and Arnold Rifkin, founded in 1999. As of 2017, the fate of the company is left in limbo and dormant possibly due to the box-office bomb of Hangman (2017) and Bruce Willis' retirement in 2022.
Logo (March 7, 2003-December 22, 2015)
Visuals: On a dark sand background, there is a glowing red runic figure, looking like a stick with a circular end, and two lines crossing it. A cloud of flame envelops it, and vanishes to reveal a dragonfly, which begins to move and wipe the sand by its wings. The word "CHEYEППE" appears from the wiped sand. Then the dragonfly sits between П's (or N's) and turns back into the rune in a cloud of flame. The background, consisting of star-like particles, glows a little.
Variants:
- On Gary the Rat, the logo is still.
- On Full Throttle Saloon, the logo begins as the dragonfly turns into the rune.
- A prototype version exists with more limited animation.
Technique: CGI. Likely designed by Noam Dromi
Audio: An ethnic composition (by James Newton Howard) with drums, culminating at the second transformation of the dragonfly. Sometimes, it has the opening/closing theme of the movie/show or silence. The prototype version featured a different composition with a pan flute and wordless male chanting.
Availability: Seen on Tears of the Sun, The Whole Ten Yards, Hostage, and Just My Luck.
