Logo (February 19, 1970-July 26, 1974)

Visuals: On a maroon background, we see a silhouette of a statue of a girl holding a trumpet while kneeling on one knee. Underneath the statue is a green bar with a not-so-hidden green pedestal. Light would soon illuminate the statue, along with the pedestal containing "CHITRANJALI" on it.

Variants:

  • An early version was spotted in Amma Enna Stree where the statue is placed on top of a black box containing the company name "CHITRANJALI ARTS". All of this is placed on a oscillating spotlight in the middle.
  • On its early appearances, the logo was in B&W.

Technique: Practical effects.

Audio: A man singing something in Malayalam, accompanied by a tanpura and a xylophone.

Availability: The early variant was seen on the aforementioned Amma Enna Stree, while the standard variant was seen on Oru Penninte Katha, Aadhyathe Katha, and Kanyakumari.
