Background
This is Chris Thompson's vanity card.

Nicknames: "The CPT Mug", "The Logo That First Started Company Gear"
Logo: On a desk in what appears to be an office setting, we see a white mug with a purple-ish square. On the square is the text "christopher thompson productions" in a yellow grunge font. Next to the mug, we see a hand putting out a cigarette in an ashtray.
FX/SFX: It's all live-action.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show or a generic CBS theme with a voice over.
Availability: Can be seen on The Naked Truth, as well as the short-lived shows House Rules, Ladies Man (first season only), and Action.
