Background
This is Christopher Chulack's vanity card.
Logo (September 27, 2017-)
Visuals: On a black background with a white spotlight on the center, we see a filmstrip of a boy with a car behind him, and a California license plate reads "HBJ744". The words underneath read "CHULACK PRODUCTIONS". Everything except the words are covered in charcoal.
Variant: On season 1 of SEAL Team, the logo is next to the Timberman/Beverly Productions logo.
