Background

Chung Yuen Motion Picture Co. was a joint-venture of Great Wall Movie Enterprises and Sun Luen Film Company. It became part of the Sil-Metropole Organisation, a merger of Chung Yuen's founding companies with Feng Huang Motion Picture Co.

(1982-1988)

Logo: On a blue background, 3 olive green stripes draw upwards before merging into 3 yellow diamond shapes. The olive green stripes then curve around on both sides, with the left curving even more, forming an connected "cr". A yellow line shoots out from the side of the logo and flashes revealing "CHUNG YUEN MOTION PICTURE CO." in yellow Bauhaus 93, along with the Mandarin translation on top, which is also in yellow.
