Background

Cinematico is an animation company that was founded in 2002.

Logo (May 15, 2007-2010)

Visuals: Over a black background, there is a stylized maroon filmstrip curved inwards, with the white text "CINEMATICO" in a blocky font on it.

Variants:

  • On the Xavier: Renegade Angel episode "Bloodcorn", the logo is tinted red due to the end of the episode, in which the planet Earth cries blood that floods the universe after turning into a giant eyeball.
  • On the Xavier: Renegade Angel episode "Going Normal", the logo is encased in ice, giving a shatter effect to it.
  • On Shrek the Third for the Wii, the logo is in-credit.
  • On the 2010 animation reel, the logo fades in on a black background with a spotlight over it and glows lightly.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: A random excerpt from the corresponding episode of Xavier: Renegade Angel added onto the audio heard in the previous episode's logo (different for both seasons).

Audio Variants:

  • On Shrek the Third for the Wii and the Xavier: Renegade Angel episode "What Life D-D-Doth", it's silent.
  • On the Xavier: Renegade Angel episode "Bloodcorn", the audio (which consisted of a gong, a three-note trumpet fanfare and the sound of the people fighting and angrily shouting) is muffled with the sound of liquid blood pouring.

Availability: Seen on Xavier: Renegade Angel on Adult Swim, Shrek the Third for the Wii and the 2010 animation reel.
