Background:'''Climax Studios''' (formerly '''Images Software''' and '''The Climax Group''') was founded in UK in 1987 and began with additional development and porting of games. Climax later had several studios with various names, but by November 2004, they were organized into three brands: Climax Action, Online and Racing. Climax Racing was sold to Disney in 2007, Climax Online was closed and now there's a single development studio - the one Climax started with. The studio would then later be acquired by Keywords Studios in April 2021 for GB£47 million.
