Logo: On a black/white gradient background with blue stars, we see the gray word "COLUMBIA" in Helvetica, zooming in and places on top. Then, the rectangle with the word "VIDEO" with the letter "V" connected with the rectangle and the trapezoid and the triangle on top of the letter "V" zooms in, flipping in the center. The star shines next to the letter "V". The Japanese text appears on the bottom on the screen. The logo shines before it ends.
Variants:
- On Midnight Blues and on other releases, the text has a red shadow.
- On Sunset Hills Hotel, the text has a purple shadow.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Uncommon; seen on most Japanese VHS and LaserDiscs from this company, including distributed copies of movies and anime OVAs.
