This is Jack Rapke and Robert Zemeckis' vanity card.

Logo: On a white background, we see the two blue lines with the word "COMPARI" in half blue/gray and "ENTERTAINMENT" underneath.
Variant: On Manifest, the logo is next to the Jeff Rake Productions logo.
