Camenati
Logo (1980s)
The video of this logo may be too loud or severely distorted. |
Visuals: The logo starts off on a space background with stars scattered around, including two big stars on the bottom right section. As more stars gradually appear, the background crossfades to a sunrise lake setting. From here, "CHANNEL 27" in white scrolls from the bottom and stops on the top. After this, the background changes to a dark, partly cloudy skies where we then see "PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION" on the bottom half of the screen. A few seconds later, the latter text fades out and "CHANNEL 27" scrolls down. Before said text fully left the screen, the background crossfades to a city at sunset and then a crescent moon positioned to the top left of a hill. "HANNEL 27", in the same format as before, fades in next to the moon alongside "PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION", now smaller, on the bottom center. The text then fades out, followed by the background.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: It starts off with frogs croaking. The sounds then crossfade into nature ambience with birds chirping and water flowing. When the background changes to the cloudy skies, road noises, including cars driving and a held out horn, are heard. Finally, in the middle of the sunset city background part of the logo, the frogs croaking sound effects from earlier plays but with less frogs.
Legacy: This ID is hated by many in the logo community for its animation and sounds.
