Background
This is the vanity plate of Morgan Cooper, the creator of Bel-Air which in term is based off his short fan film of the same name.

Visuals: On a black background, there is a letter "C" made up of thin, horizontal lines. Below it is the company name, which is spaced out slightly. It shares the screen with The 51 logo.
