Background
This is the vanity plate of Morgan Cooper, the creator of Bel-Air which in term is based off his short fan film of the same name.

Logo: On a black background, we see a stylised "C" with lines on it (similar to the Annapurna Pictures logo). Below it is the stacked text "COOPER FILMS", spaced out slightly. It shares the screen with The 51 logo.
