Background
This was the production company of Greg Coote and Jeffery Hayes.
Logo (February 1999-August 2, 2006)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a box with a red and white-striped sheet in it, making waves on a blue sky above it. Below the box, there is "C O O T E / H A Y E S P R O D U C T I O N S", which initially glows but almost immediately dims. The sheet stops waving, and stars twinkle in the sky, causing a bright flash that turns the image into a 2D stylized version with the sky replaced by a blue field with stars in it.
Trivia: The stars are in the pattern of those that appear on the Australian flag; Coote/Hayes is based in Australia.
Variants:
- The logo may simply read "C O O T E / H A Y E S".
- A longer version exists. The letters zoom out from a different angle, the flag waves more, and the stars fly from outside the box before coming on to the inside of it.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A majestic tune with piano and drums, and a booming final note as the logo becomes stylized.
Availability: Seen on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World and BeastMaster.
