1st Logo (January 20, 1987-October 5, 1988)
Visuals: On a blue gradient background, there is a rounded orange triangle. A yellow triangle with no filling overlaps it. The big blue letters "CMP" zoom out and places onto the triangle. Then the text "A COSGROVE/MEURER PRODUCTION" fades in on the top and bottom, respectively.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: The ending theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on earlier episodes of Unsolved Mysteries. In a case of reverse plastering, this logo is seen on newer prints of the first 3 seasons, with the next logo in use starting with season 4.
2nd Logo (August 31, 1988-April 27, 2010)
Visuals: Over a starry background, the following logo shines in:

Variants:
- Sometimes, the phrase "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" will shine in below as well.
- A still version exists. This can be seen on the first few episodes of season 1 of Unsolved Mysteries.
- There is also a filmed version of this logo.
- On The Secret Identity of Jack The Ripper, the logo is still, and "PRODUCED BY" is seen above.
- On Small Talk, and seasons 8 and 9 of Unsolved Mysteries, a copyright stamp reading "© (YEAR) - COSGROVE / MEURER PRODUCTIONS All Rights Reserved." appears below.
- A short version can be seen on Eerie, Indiana.
- On La Heredera, the logo is still apart from the stars in the background falling.
- On the Disney Channel Original Movie Buffalo Dreams, the logo is stretched vertically.

Audio: A whoosh followed by a dark-sounding note. Most of the time, the end theme of the show is used.
Audio Variant: On the pilot What Really Happened?, a different sounding whoosh is used.
Availability: Seen on many television shows, including the popular series Unsolved Mysteries, both the original run and the first two revivals on Lifetime and Spike. The music version was used on the Lifetime episodes.
3rd Logo (July 1, 2020-)
Visuals: On a black background, the letters "cmp" in a more modern, interconnected font are drawn in. The letters are filled in with a silvery-metallic shine, and a silver box appears under the "cm". The words "COSGROVE/MEURER" rise up into the box, while the word "P R O D U C T I O N S" slides below. A blue flare can be seen both behind the logo and at the top of the screen. The whole logo slowly zooms in.
