Background
Cosnat Corporation was an American record company founded by Jerry Blaine in 1954. It inherently released a single film, The Candidate, in 1964. The company went out of business in 1970.

Logo: On a white background, we see a wireframe globe. The wireframe globe quickly zooms to the upper left of the logo, and the background becomes split between white and gray. A dot appears next to the globe, and the words "Cosnat Corp." in script are written out. As soon as the writing finishes, "JERRY BLAINE" & "PRESIDENT" appear in the gray strip.
