Visuals: Over the ending credits footage, there's the blue stacked text "Costume & Production Services, Inc" at the top of the screen, while sharing it with the Amy International Productions and the Telefonica logo, located respectively on the left and right.

Availability: Only seen on Queen of Swords.

Visuals: On a black background, there's a still picture of the words "CPS" enlarged and in white, Below them, there's a rectangular box with the words "COSTUME & PRODUCTION SERVICES, INC." along with various rainbow-colored squares going along in a line which it's inside the box.

Audio: None.

Availability: It was seen on the third and final season of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's BeastMaster, Mutant X and on Russian airings of Wild Card.
