Logo: On an in-credit still shot we see the words "Costume & Production Services, Inc" at the top of the screen above two other logos on the left and right.

Availability: Only seen on Queen of Swords.


2nd Logo (October 1, 2001-May 17, 2004)

Logo: On a black background we see a still picture of the words "CPS" enlarged and in white and under it inside a rectangular the words "COSTUME & PRODUCTION SERVICES, INC." along with square shaped rainbow colours going along in a line are inside this box.
