(May 11, 1991-August 7, 2005)

Nickname: "Creepy Cow"

Logo: On a black background, we see an oval-shaped frame with a painting of a cow wearing red lipstick inside. "a COWLIP PRODUCTION" is below the painting, with "a" in very small type above "COWLIP" and "PRODUCTION" below "COWLIP", also in small type.

Variant: On Sisters, the word "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" is at the bottom of the screen.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: A cowbell with a "moo" until 1994. NBC airings of Sisters (starting in 1994) use generic network music. On the final 2 seasons of Sisters and Queer as Folk, the end theme of the show plays.
