Background
Craveyard is a development division of Crave Entertainment. The company only made one game Shadow Madness for PlayStation. The company shut down due to poor sales of the game.
Logo (April 1999)
Visuals: On a white background, there is a black tombstone with a skull's face, with two weird eyes, with black grasses. Below it is "craveyard" in spaced-out letters. The eyes blink.
Variant: Sometimes, the words "Presents" fades in below.
Technique: Fading effects.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on the demo of Shadow Madness for PlayStation. The retail game doesn't use a logo at all.
