Crayola (formerly known as "Binney and Smith Company") is a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards that sells home, art, and children's craft supplies. Founded by cousins Edwin Binney and Charles Harold Smith in 1885, their product line includes crayons, chalk, markers, colored pencils, among others. Their short-lived production division produced children's video content.

Logo: On a white background, the letters of "Crayola" flip in as a black oval draws around the text. A yellow crayon (hence the company's products) draws inside the oval as it turns into a more solid yellow interior. A multicolored curved streak draws underneath the text, turning the text into a dark-light green gradient. This logo looks similar to the the 1997 Crayola logo seen on packaging.
