Creative Axa is a Japanese home video distribution company affiliated to Maxam. The label was founded in March 8, 1993, and eventually merged with its parent company on July 1, 2011.
Logo (2000s)
Visuals: The logo starts with a blue water background. A logo consisting of two circles with large holes on them, one facing diagonally and the other in vertical, with the text "CREATIVE AXA" in two lines next to the logo, comes out from the water in a glass material. Bubbles can be seen rising up on the center of the background, before it turns completely white, with the logo now in blue.

Audio: An ambient synth bell and choir theme.
Availability: It was seen on a DVD release of Little Red Riding Hood's Forest.
