Visuals: On a blue background, there is a light blue oval with a feathered perimeter. Inside, the text "CRITERION" and "TELEVISION CLASSICS" in white is seen. There is a drop shadow on the text.
Technique: 2D digital Animation. The logo fading in and out, and the oval fading in.
Audio: None.
Availability: It had a limited use as seen on volumes of B&W TV shows on the Laserdisc format. So far It can be seen on the 1991 Laserdisc releases of Tanner '88 (Volumes 1-3) and I Love Lucy, and the 1994 Laserdisc of The Addams Family (through the Voyager Collection).
