Background

DIC Toon-Time Video was another home video imprint of DIC, originally created as part of a deal between BMG Video and DIC in September 1992, and later used following another North American deal with Buena Vista Home Video in 1993, being used until 2000.

Following DIC's sale from Disney back to Andy Heyward, DIC formed a new home video division - DIC Home Entertainment, in 2001.

It has a blue screen and the DIC logo (in silver).
