Background

DQ Entertainment, also known as Dataquest Ptv Ltd. is an Indian animation studio owned by a 20% stake by Method Animation. DQ Entertainment is best known for working overseas animation for shows being made by Walt Disney Television Animation, Amberwood, etc. but has also produced their own shows, such as The Jungle Book and The New Adventures of Peter Pan.

Logo: On a red/orange background, we see an artist in a purple beret and glasses. He holds a paintbrush and pencil in his right hand and has his left hand outstretched. Underneath him are the letters DQ in red and the word Entertainment is underneath in a box in multicolored letters.

Variant: On The Hive, an in-credit version of the logo is used. The logo here is also different.

  • On later shows from the company, the logo is in print form with the artist and DQ in a white circle. The word Entertainment is shown underneath the circle.
  • Sometimes, the print logo could share the screen with other logos.

Technique: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show or silence.

Availability: Seen on various shows that they produced such as ToddWorld, The Large Family, Casper’s Scare School, The Little Prince, The Twisted Whiskers Show, Little Nick (2009) , Maryoku Yummy, Iron Man: Armored Adventures, The Jungle Book and The Hive. Also seen on The New Adventures of Peter Pan.
