This is David Eick's vanity card. He also owns another company called R&D TV with Ronald D. Moore.

Logo: On a white background, various blue lines move down from the top of the screen, revealing "DAVID EICK PRODUCTIONS". Then 3 dots appear, 1 dotting the "i" on "DAVID", another between the words "DAVID" and "EICK" and the last one dotting the "i" on "EICK".
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: An 8-bit rising sounder when the lines move down, and 8-bit laser blasts when the 3 dots appear. Original airings use a generic theme and voiceover.
