Logo (November 2, 1978-January 30, 2006)
Visuals: On a blue background, there is the name "David Gerber" in yellow and in a larger script font, and "Company" on the second line in a smaller script font. Both lines of text are connected together when the logo "writes" in.
Later name variations include:
- 1978-1987, 2001, 2006: Referred to as either "David Gerber Production" or "David Gerber Productions, Inc.".
- 1980-1982: Referred to as "David Gerber Company, Inc.".
Variants:
- On the pilot episode of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, nothing is written on the second line.
- On the show David Cassidy: Man Undercover, the words "IN ASSOCIATION WITH" appear as the line is moving along the lower part of the screen.
- Sometimes, the logo cuts away to the words "in association with" in script.
- On the TV movie Flight 93, the logo was stretched to 16:9.
Technique: Traditional animation.
Audio: The end-title theme from any show.
Availability: Seen on many TV shows and movies by the company, which are listed here. This logo was also seen at the end of the 2006 TV movie Flight 93.
