Background
This is the vanity card of Irish artist, film and game maker David OReilly, used once on the Adventure Time episode "A Glitch is a Glitch", which he wrote, directed, and animated himself.
Logo (April 1, 2013)
Visuals: On a gray background, there is a white rounded square where a line appears across it. Then, a circle appears with a duck inside, and the words "dAVId O'ReILLY" in strange font appear.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: A beep and a quick synth whirr.
Availability: Seen on the Adventure Time episode "A Glitch is a Glitch".
