Background

Den of Thieves is a production company of Jesse Ignjatovic and Evan Prager, founded in 2007.

1st Logo (September 9, 2007-August 25, 2013)

Visuals: A dungeon door closes with light coming out of it. When the door slams we see the words "DEN OF THIEVES" in a Western font.

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: Jarring harsh music with a slam.

Availability: Seen on MTV Music Video Awards from 2007-2013.

2nd Logo (August 24, 2014-)

Visuals: On a white background, white lines and curves extrude creating the 3D text "DEN OF THIEVES". The logo slams on the screen causing a 3D glitch effect that goes away.

Technique: 2D digital animation.

Audio: Growing music with a short techno beat playing.

Availability: Seen on MTV Music Video Awards since 2014, Judge Steve Harvey and the 2023 Kids' Choice Awards.
